Welcome to Timberlyn Farms, where a passion for horses meets extensive experience.
Timberlyn McElvain, a Non-Pro jockey and dedicated horse professional, enhanced her skills in Kentucky, learning to rope while actively training rope and ranch horses. This journey ignited her curiosity in the working cow horse and made the versatility in a solid ranch horse extremely exciting!
These experiences ignited Timberlyn's desire to peruse showmanship in the ranch riding and production of versatile ranch horses along the East coast, specializing in sorting, roping, and other ranch events.
At Timberlyn Farms, the focus is prioritizing the safety of each animal and producing horses with upstanding citizenship mentalities. Each horse's needs are tailored to suit and are treated as each are our own.

Excellent Boarding & Feed Facilities
At Timberlyn Farms, we provide selective boarding options for local horse-enthusiasts. We prioritize the wellbeing of their animal and an active part of their animals' wellbeing at our private family farm, alongside our training services.
Situated in Havelock, North Carolina, our charming 12-acre farm is located just under 3 miles from clean public riding trails and offers a relaxed riding atmosphere. Our spacious barn features 8 stalls, a 60x40 indoor area, a concrete wash rack, an enclosed feeding and tack room, and more! As a Veteran-owned and managed farm, we are dedicated to ensuring a clean and safe environment for all equine types and their families.
