AKC Weimaraners
We have been breeding Weimaraner's for more then 15 years. Our bloodlines trace back to the legendary Henry Hayes Breeder and Eukanuba, West Minister Dual Championships and provides you with a confirmational puppy that was bred with heart. Each puppy from our farm comes microchipped , vaccinated and with their heath record.
Our puppies are socialized, and handled daily to ensure they are ready to integrate into your family.
What to expect
Regristration
Your puppy comes with a paid Limited AKC registration. This means that you do not pay additional AKC registration fees. Your puppy will be registered by our farm in a bulk registration for your conveyance and to ensure that all our puppies are properly registered. Once the last puppy from the litter has gone to it's forever home, all the pups in that litter will be registered by the farm. You will then get an email from AKC, saying "Congratulations on your New Puppy"; at this time you can enter your puppies new name and personal contact information. AKC will mail you the paper copy once complete.
We reserve the right to breed our bloodline. With over 17 years of breeding Weimaraners, having an excellent bloodline, from Championship Sires, excellent health records, top notch confirmation, and personalities that promote a family friendly environment is our signature. We do not promote general non-professional breeding. However, we do allow full registration and breeding capabilities to professional breeders. If you are looking for a fine Weim to add to your breeding profile we will be glad to work with you; you can ask about breeding options during your interview.
First Care Provided
From the birth of your puppy to when it leaves it is under our trusted Veterinarians care. When pups are between 3-7 days old they take their first trip to the Dr. Lloyds office in Beaufort NC. She will exam all of them, dock their tails and remove the dew claws. At 4 weeks your puppy will get it's first dose of prescribed puppy de-wormer "Panacur" and then again at 6 weeks. At 71/2 weeks puppies will go back to Dr. Lloyds office for another examination and for their first full set of puppy shots. Your puppy will be due for the second set at 10 weeks of age. Be prepared to have a veterinary appointment scheduled for their appropriate shots. You will receive a Puppy Shot Record when you pick up your puppy.
Microchiping
All of our puppies go to their forever home after being microchipped. We have worked with AKC Reunite for 10 years to provide our clients with a capability to reunite them in the case their dog is lost. When you pick up your puppy you will receive paperwork on this capability. You will need to follow the instruction to connect the microchip tp your families contact information. There is a one time small fee of under $25 to Reunite to have your puppies information updated and installed into their system. Our farm will always serve as the back up to your puppies chip.
Health and Life Guarantee
Your puppy comes with 30 days health insurance . Once you receive the welcome letter from AKC, you will get an additional email about the health insurance. It is good for 30 days once you have activated it. My recommendation is to wait and don't activate right away; just in case your puppy decides to eat a sock 3 months later and needs a vet. You can activate it anytime up to a year of registration. We also guarantee the life of your puppy for the first year. This is in case the worst ever happens and you lose your puppy, from an accident or what ever. We will work with you to help fill the void if your family experiences any misfortune in the loss of life of your puppy.
We are a Forever Breeder
This means we will be there , through it all. If you or your family can no longer care for your puppy or grown dog we will take it back. There is no reason to ever put one of our Weimaraners in a shelter due to a families misfortune. All puppies from Timberlyn Farm have a home here.

The confirmation and bloodlines of championship bred dogs ensure that your puppy has not been bred out of confirmation, and does not carry undesirable traits that are dangerous to the health of your dog. Our Dams
Our ladies are all that, ladies. The bloodlines of all our girls trace back to Mr. Henry Hayes, a renound breeder in the Weimaraner community. Mr. Hayes was know for his gentle grey ghosts with loving personalities and gentle ways. This is incredibly important when breeding Weimaraners, you want then to understand love and nurture from the start. Breeding with a good gentle female ensures our pups will love and provide your family with safe and gentle puppy.
Available Puppies
Interested in bringing a puppy home, you will have to call us. We do not sell puppies over the internet, a phone or in person interview must be conducted to ensure our puppies go to the best homes who are capable of handling their needs. Rehomed Weims
Have questions about rescues, give us a call. As a forever breeder we do take our dogs back in the case a family can no longer care for their dog. We would never want one of our weims in a shelter or kennel because of a family life change. Occasionally a family may have a life changing experience and need to find a new home we will take our dogs back no matter their age and find them good homes.
